"La ubicación es perfecta! La habitación es muy bonita y confortable, pero en el baño encontramos 3 arañas. La carpa del propio restaurante, desmerece la propia entrada al hotel y para entrar lo hace lioso. El desayuno fue buenísimo y los empleados muy atentos en todo momento."

"We had a lovely stay at the cross hands old sodbury We checked in and on arrival we where told breakfast was between 7.00 am & 10.00 am So that was fine but on the Saturday we wanted breakfast at 7.00 as we where showing dogs in a dog show at Bath Only to be told breakfast was between 8.00 and 10.00 on a weekend So we had to miss breakfast As we had to leave at 8.00 am Wasn’t happy as I had paid for two breakfasts which we didn’t get"

"The hotel is easy to find, great parking, ability to eat at the hotel and sit in a nice beer garden. If you have mobility issues make sure you request ground floor room as there are lots of stairs and long corridors. I stayed in a deluxe room which was advertised as bigger than average. Overall pleasing colour decor. Tea, coffee , water . Now to be picky - the mattresses on the single beds pushed together to represent a" king size bed " need replacing . The shower area needs to be bleached....

"Situated near the centre, parking is available free after 5.45pm and until 8 45 am. Staff were excellent, I had a large clean room with a sofa, whilst being slightly dated it was functional and fine for one night. I would stay again. Wi fi was very good and free. The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...
