Suggest researching the turn off if arriving in the dark, as it's not too easy to spot until you know it. Very private location, and set back a decent way from the road, which makes it easy to get to and from PDP / Pollensa. Supermarkets 2 minutes away and a bus stop walkable if you don't feel like taking the...

"Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. Wir fahren...

"Sehr schönes und praktisch aufgeteiltes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten, tollem Pool (Wetter war allerdings zu kalt zum Baden) und zwei süßen Schafen nebenan ;-). Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat uns bei der Ankunft mit einem bereits gefüllten Kühlschrank überrascht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erfolgte sehr freundlich und problemlos über WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Buscábamos exactamente este tipo de alojamiento, con piscina y a 900 mts de la bahía de Pollensa, playas, para ir con nuestro perro. Los anfitriones un 10, super atentos. Por el comentario de los mosquitos, sabedores que la casa está cercana a la albufera nos llevamos aparatos eléctricos anti-mosquitos, Cinderella y ya está problema solicionado En fin, esperamos volver de nuevo"

"This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items...

"Das Haus am Stand ist eine Lüge,es ist 300m zum Meer und noch länger zum Strand.Das Haus ist viel zu alt,keine Tür schliesst,manche Stühle sind defekt,Liegestühle ebenso.Der Hausbesitzer hat falsche Informationen gegeben,seine Haushilfe unpünktlich.Positiv:Küche ist gut eingerichtet,Swimmingpool und Garten sind o.k."

"The house was great. perfect for relaxing around the swimming pool, terrasse and BBQ. fantastic views of Palma. the area is beautiful but rather far from the center. highly recommend renting a car as the taxi service in Palma is constantly saturated."

"The rural setting of this typical Mallorcan house is in the most perfect setting amongst ancient olive trees with views of the mountains from every window. Sheep were our neighbours. The inside is fairly basic but adequately equipped.You will want to spend more time outside than in. Take care on the track down to the house if you don't want to damage a tyre as we did!. Local restaurant at the Mirador) (5 minutes drive) is friendly and good value."
