"Four couples enjoyed an eight day stay at this lovely, well presented villa. What a location! The villa was very clean, has a spacious living area of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, with plenty of seating for us all. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, glasses and cutlery-everything you would need. "It is a beautiful property and we loved the location. Spacious rooms. Didn’t expect the extra charge needed for cleaning prior to leaving. Property manager Pam very pleasant. Driving is a bit of a challenge, but worth the view!"

Les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques tout est prévu pour occuper les enfants et les grands, jeux extérieurs, piscine.... Cuisine extérieure au top, et l'espace SPA magnifique. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat sehr viel Flair und ist mit Stil eingerichtet. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Bis auf ein Zimmer hat jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad. Der Garten mit Pool ist super. Im vorderen Bereich des pools ist es flacher, so dass auch die kleinen vorne stehen konnten. Es ist sehr ruhig. "Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. Caroline left flipflops, beach robes, towels etc., just what you need for a pool holiday. It was all just as per the listing photos. Cons: bedrooms were a little small...

"This property is a real gem. The grounds and garden are truly wonderful. There are so many spaces to enjoy. Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained. The photos simply don’t do this property justice. Really pleased we found this place."

"Es un hotel muy aceptable, una vista grandiosa al mar de la costa azul, una ubicación muy conveniente entre el aeropuerto y el centro antiguo de Niza, extraordinariamente bien comunicado por autobús y por tranvías, precio competitivo, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar con ellos."
