"The property was not properly cleaned and there was heavy smell of sigaret throughout our whole stay. We bought candles to try and minimize the smell. Even after asking several times for the wifi credentials, we never got it. Half way through the heat did not work. The manager however, sent someone right away to fix it. On our last night, 2 men came knocking on the door telling us that we need to check out because they were suppose to check in. We called the manager and he handled it well, so we...

"Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. "

"Die Unterkunft war ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in London. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund war auch willkommen. Die Bahnstation war ebenfalls in Fußnähe und eine Fahrt in die Stadt hinein dauerte ca. 25 Minuten. Ein Park zum spazieren gehen gab es ebenfalls in 5 Minuten fußnähe, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war ebenfalls ausreichend und alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
