"I came to stay by the sea near Genova, where my mother was from. I needed a total break from work, life etc in Melbourne Australia. I booked this place as it ticked all boxes. 2 minute walk to beach, small but comfortable apartment, easy to clean, fully equipped , spectacular views, walking access to great hikes, train ride to Genova . "We were traveling as a family with three young adults and two grandparents - and this was a fantastic find! The bus is a bit expensive (5 Euros per person/trip) but if you don’t have a car, well worth it. We had two cars and had to search for parking for the second, but I think we just missed that info. The house is gorgeous and totally unique and we had everything we needed. Lots of hikers to Portofino (and it was the off season!) passing by, but I would take the trails instead of the road if...

"Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises...

"This was a great place for my wife and I on our honeymoon. It was very special to be in the middle of the square. My only complaint was that the neighbors above were a bit noisy, but it didn’t inhibit our enjoyment. Note that there is no AC and no elevator to the room, but this was not a problem for us. "

"The stairs leading to the apartment are very steep and narrow, this should have been in the description. The washing machine did not work and when we contacted the host for help, he never responded. Also, kitchen supplies were not available (washing cloth and drying cloth)"

"The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment...

"Our stay at the villa was spectacular. The view was absolutely amazing. The pictures just don’t do the home justice. Flamina was wonderful as well. She is very responsive and understanding. The home itself has everything you need, very clean, and has all the modern touches you kay want."

"Très bonne communication avec l’hôte qui est très réactive ! Je n’avais pas compris que la maison était en fait divisée en 2 et que la casa di mar était le sous sol de la maison, il y a donc des voisins de proximité. Le lieu est cependant très calme et agréable."

"Huset var mycket vackert beläget men inte helt lätt att ta sig till. Mycket brant backe och kan bli svårt med en stor bil. Bra parkering vid huset. Städning mycket bra och fräscht hus. Vi har tidigare hyrt hus i Italien vid några tillfällen, men aldrig tidigare så bra utrustning i köket och välfungerande duschar med varmvatten. trevliga värdar. Det som drar ner betyget är att man vid bokning efterfrågade om vi önskade "Additional sheets and towels". Jag förutsatte att det ingick ett set/ person...
