"Great house, right on the ocean. Our kids were all stung by jellyfish plus with the seaweed we ended up utilizing the pool a good bit rather than swimming in the ocean. The paddle boards were great to have. The location is about 25 mins from Placencia Village, where the majority of good restaurants and grocery stores are. "First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!"

"This is a very cool little cluster of cabanas and a bar/restaurant on a legit TINY island. The staff is great, the food is decent, and the snorkeling could be better, but overall it was a fun stay. We were the only ones staying on the island, which was pretty cool."

"Ruben and Marissa are wonderful. They made us excellent dinners, cleaned our rooms and provided fresh towels on a regular basis and answered all of our questions! The home is well laid out for four couples with plenty of room to gather and enjoy the beautiful beach and pool area. The kitchen is well stocked. "Our bungalow was perfect for us. Everything we needed, and the bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows. Also loved the shower. Mark was so helpful with anything you needed! He is still working on making it even better with having bikes available and maybe even corn hole!! (our suggestion)."

"Owners questioned why our stay was only three nights. They had it right. Too short. Candace is the best personal concierge ever. Take her suggestions and you cannot go wrong. Exploring Placencia on your own works as well. Wonderful place and people."

"We had a wonderful time in Placencia. My family and I really enjoyed all the different gadgets the house has. State of the art appliances, beautiful decoration, comfortable furniture. "This property is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect. We enjoyed every part of the property. The pool, pier, kayaking, bicycling and the boat dock. A lot of fishing off that boat dock and searching for manatees. We were very exciting when we saw a couple of manatees! Love Placencia and Sunset Pointe!"
