"Clean and comfortable, but would benefit from refurbishment! If flat is on the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street, at all hours! There are no blackout blinds, so bring an eye mask! Double glazing reduces the noise, but you’ll need ear plugs if sleeping with windows open. The hot water cylinder only heats up at night, so it’s not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings!"

"The apartment was very spacious and had all the required utensils etc for a comfortable stay, the apartment was clean and well appointed. The welcome pack was a nice touch and meant I did not have to go get milk when I arrived. The lounge was comfortable and the area was central but fairly quiet. All the provided linen and towels were clean and good quality, with basic toiletries provided (soap/shampoo). The negatives you have to pay a just in case deposit, this was shock and at the time...

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. Was a bit cramped with a family, but had easy access to Windsor. We utilized the kitchen to cook which was a nice amenity. We also packed light, so the washer was utilized as well. It was advertised that there was a dryer as well, but we could not see a way to dry the clothes and found it was just a washer, not a washer/dryer combo. There were no directions or contact info in the book, which would have been helpful. It was a great stay overall...

"Other than the rude guests that started making food or doing laundry at midnight, it was pretty good. Our room went through the living room and kitchen. And the other guests would come to use the areas late at night and start making noise which was quite loud for us considering our room was attached with the living room. It is directly behind the high street, with the local pubs, tea shop, restaurants and shops a brief walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating. There is an interesting history to the property, making it a charming place to stay."
