The neighborhood was safe and mostly quiet and definitely within walking distance from the grove. The only downside was that there was no drawers to put clothing in. The area where the house is located is transforming, so there's definitely a wide array of houses and socioeconomic backgrounds, but we never felt unsafe, we walked through the neighborhood, etc. And you can walk to downtown Coconut Grove in 8 minutes, there's a weekend farmer's market that's exceptional that's a 2 minute walk away, etc. Ultimately we would definitely stay here again and we're fairly discerning about...

"We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located close to downtown Coral Gables - about a 10 minute neighborhood walk. And we found a fun little coffee shop a block and a half away. The apartment was large enough and we felt very comfortable in it."
