"There is nothing to fault at this property. Everything you need for your stay has been thought of. The studio is spotless with good quality furniture and bed linen. Great communication with the host Roz who was very accommodating and friendly. We had a relaxing and happy stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone. "Stayed with 3 friends whilst doing the Jurassic Coast Challenge. Apartment was in a very handy position, walking distance to Swanage. Large comfortable rooms, loads of toys for children and fully stocked kitchen. We were in Flat 2 and was confused as to which driveway we should be in but met another resident who told us where to go and how to get in. Very comfortable accommodation although the shower was a bit temperamental going hot then cold until it had been running a while and water pressure...

"This was a lovely property, ideally situated in between Lyme Regis and Charmouth. Could not fault the property at all. A very quiet peaceful location which we will visit again. The SW coast path lies just behind the property, but dont worry if you end up on a golf course, this is a part of the coast path."

"The apartment was very clean and modern. It was great there is a washing machine which helped immensely. The beds are very comfortable. The only downside is unloading the car as you can’t park right outside but other than that it’s perfect. I would recommend. Thanks Helen for a great stay."

"We had great views, it was an ideal location and it was clean and tidy. The only downside was the shower head riser rail was broken and the shower drain was blocked. As I couldn’t contact anyone directly I had to unblock the drain myself otherwise we would not have been able to use the shower. "
