Great seating on the courtyard. A little north of the 'main action' but it was walkable and we loved it being so close to the beach."

"From the minute that we got to the Sandpiper we knew we had made the right choice! We had been debating on staying in one of the hotels closer to town and I’m so glad we didn’t. "Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky."

The listing was accurate, the location was private but easy to get to, and it was ideal for what we wanted. Its in a very nice suburban area only blocks from the busier tourist area. The north beach area is lively & we walked during low tide daily. The backyard was a garden with flowers, green and the pool/hot tub. I look forward to my next stay.❤️"

"We had two couples and two grown kids and this was perfect. Lots of space and tons of tvs. Great kitchen for eating in ... game room kept everyone entertained! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants with plenty of beach supplies. Clean and equipped with all the basics for a family stay! Only caution ... it's listed with three showers but only had two full baths, so the other bedrooms had to share the one bath ... the downstairs bath is a half bath."

"Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
