Due to the cyclone, our fight was delayed about 6 hours, but a host Marianna was waiting for us. She was so nice and kind. The private pool was just perfect. "Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!) "This was a spectacular property in an idyllic location. The views from the balcony of the bay and harbor were fantastic. Everything had been catered for. "This was my second stay at Ideales, the first being in a bigger villa last year. The villas are very clean, airconditioned and have lovely pools. There is a great ambience. There are restaurants within walking distance. The only negatives would be that the wifi is not great. ( This was last year too). It drops quite a lot. THe kitchen could also do with a few more large dishes and bowls for the nights you cook at home and have nothing to put food into for serving. Other than that, it is...
