"Federica war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, mitteilsam und hilfsbereit. Anfahrt zur Villa war etwas abenteuerlich, aber machbar, besonders wenn man von Federica gelotst wird. Die Villa war für uns ganz wunderbar, besonders die umlaufende Terrasse, teilweise überdacht, mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen und sehr schönem Ausblick ins Tal mit Blickrichtung Cecina und Meer. "Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!"

"Wir waren für eine Woche dort, was leider etwas kurz ist, wenn man gerne mal ans Meer oder weiter weg fahren möchte. Zudem ist das Objekt nicht behinderten gerecht, da auch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer bzw. Nach draußen immer mindestens eine bis zwei Stufen sind. Ansonsten war aber alles top und die Besitzer sehr bemüht uns bei Fragen zur Seite zu stehen! So haben wir beispielsweise auf Frage extra noch einen Grill erhalten. "We were a group of 6 families and had a wonderful holiday. The property offers a lot of leisure activities and is very spacious. The landlady is always available and very accommodating, we could even order pizza from her and she brought it to our house. Everything is very clean and we had a really nice time. "The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍"

"Absolutely beautiful property in a beautiful location within three minutes walk of a wonderful old and charming town with great restaurants and some nice markets. "This was the perfect experience. The house, which we found out had only become available this year for rentals, was wonderful. It was comfortably and stylishly furnished and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was an induction compatible coffee maker - which the gracious property owner hand-delivered to us!
