"Great location on a side street minutes from the strip & beach. Pleanty of eateries, gas stations and 24hr grocery store nearby. Quiet street. The water pressure in the shower was low but other than that, it was a good stay"

"Check in was super easy. Pictures don’t do the room justice it’s actually very roomy and clean! Small kitchenette with appliances and two beach chairs were provided. 20-25 min walk from main strip (pizza city) where the party continues after the Placita closes. Host was very nice, checked in when I had trouble with the WiFi due to rain the night before and moved belongings out of the rain for us when we were napping! Definitely recommend staying here! P.S cheaper to get Uber off the main strip"

"Adequate for my needs. Clean and well stocked. There was a outside area with a picnic table and it was very pieceful. Host was responsive and clear with checkin instructions."

"Once we found the correct door it was no issues at all. The ad says it all a quick stop and go. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy or 5 star. But a clean room to sleep. We checked out maybe 30 mins late. He didnt make a big fuss so he's alright with me. The air was cold. Most importantly I seen lot of reviews about water not being hot. Had me nervous about booking. That was absolutely not true. The water stayed hot!! Walking distance to beach its a grocery store up the street and a few food...

"This place is perfect for a solo traveler trying to save a bit of money but still be in a desirable area. The bed was super comfortable, a/c worked well cooling down the room and the neighborhood was quiet. I only enjoyed the patio area once for a quick cig when I woke up but I could see myself sitting there for a while if I was in an extended stay. The only downsides were the non absorbent bath towels and the small shower with a shower head that needs replaced but the owner told me they would...

"The house was very nice, very clean, and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was a close and easy drive to the major highways, restaurants, and the beautiful Old San Juan area. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!"

"Close to the airport, economical. Clean but old apartment. Safe in gated apartment, though limited parking on the street. Bed was comfortable enough though not great for two people. Could hear dogs barking and roosters crowing most of the night and being so near to the airport, planes flying close overhead. A decent place to be close to the airport and not have to pay hotel prices. "

"This is definitely a hidden gem. In a secure gated community , from the moment you enter the house you feel right at home. Especially since you have your own convenient parking space ☺️ The house was tastefully decorated. The host was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. "The building is run down, but don’t let that deter you. The condo is clean, adorable, and comfortable. The location is excellent, as you are close to the airport and literally one block from the beach. The outside of the building is a three out of 10 but the condo itself is a 10 out of 10!"

"Great house for large group. Nice if you want to be away from daily hustle and bustle. Uber was super easy to OSJ and SJ. We booked transportation for our other tours that were in the opposite direction. We enjoyed the pool and resteraunts nearby. Host was easy to communicate with and allowed late checkout when our plane was delayed 4 hours."

"First time in San Juan. Traveled with 4 females. The home was in a great location, plenty of space, quick walk to the neighborhood pool which didn’t have anywhere to sit but the ground, very comfortable with plenty of dishes to cook with. We had no wash cloths but there were plenty of towels. Use of washer is $25 extra. The host was quick to respond. Most areas under a $12 Uber ride. Fast food and 24 hour supermarket within walking distance. Parking was ok. Very tight. Wi-Fi did not work...

"Having a garage was so nice. The door is automatic but is only accessed from inside the apt. A key FOB would be appreciated. The washer and dryer allowed us to only have “carry on” luggage. Nice. Not much character or charm, just a few plastic plants. The kitchen was poorly stocked with tools but I expect that the host will take care of that soon. Located in a quiet neighborhood but on a corner so there is light street traffic. The host was very responsive and took care of all issues “quickly”."
