"The location along the river, far from the noise of town was wonderful! The dark skies perfect for star gazing! We spent so much time outside on the patio. Nathan the caretaker was very kind, friendly, and checked in on us briefly each day to be sure all was well. A terrific getaway!"

"This property was so nice and very clean. Our family enjoyed a day in the water and location was perfect. It's about 5 minutes way from the river, and the Family Dollar store is a minute walk. We were greeted by a personalized card from Jenna which was so nice! Bedrooms are great size and all beds are very comfortable. My family and I made memories and were able to go to the property and unwind and have a great BBQ and enjoy the evening. We will be back. Thank You"

"Rented a place for the week. Location was absolutely perfect. It was conveniently located to the things we wanted to spend our time doing. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. He had a little AC issue and WiFi connectivity issue upon arrival, but the property managers responded promptly and had things fixed for us ASAP."

"We had a great time. Exploring the Nueces River, bird watching, star watching, and being with friends and family were unsurpassed. The Bunkhouse worked very well for cooking, eating, and playing games. We decided to have only 4 people sleeping inside, as the bunk area is a little tight. "I get my grown kids together once a year and the Riv is their choice! There's so much to do - swimming, playing (pickle ball was the thing this year), evenings relaxing on the patio, eating s'mores, and mornings having breakfast on the porch watching the sunrise. "It’s a really beautiful place! We loved our time there and will most definitely come back. Cynthia was really great to work with, helped with all our questions beforehand, while we were there and so quick replying when we had questions. The water was amazing. Deep, so just plan for that if you have little kids. All of our crew LOVED it!! We got to relax so much and enjoy the clean beautiful water without any crowds."

"This is our 2nd stay at 4Maples. We stayed back in 2017 also. It’s perfect. The location is great and they have everything you could want or need. We were worried that we wouldn’t have any water but there was plenty in front of the house to play in. One of my favorite rentals by far!"

"Loma Linda is so peaceful, yet within a 30 minute drive to the reasons we wanted to stay in the area (Garner state park and the Frio bat cave). It was also the best equipped and most organized home we've ever stayed in. We would highly recommend it to anyone!"

"We had 17 in the group mostly family and few friends. This place is about 30-min from Uvalde in a remote area by the river. We stayed in the Ranch Lodge that accommodate upto 18 people.
