"One of the most well appointed properties we have ever rented. They pretty much thought of everything. The house and pool are lovely and provided my family with much enjoyment. This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. "We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of beach stuff available. It would have been nice to have a bike pump since the bike had 2 flats, but not a big deal! Screened in porch was a great bonus space. Location was far enough from busy streets and close enough for a walk to the beach. Gate to the backyard was stuck shut."

The house is nestled in a neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. By shear luck, we managed to be in town for three launches from the Kennedy Space Center. "If you're in need of a convenient, reasonably affordable place to stay this is it. The unit is as described, cute, clean, quiet and the ease of checkin was great. We were attending a funeral and need a place for a couple of days and this location work perfectly. Though we didn't get to the beach, we could see the entrance to the beach from the building. We would definitely recommend."
