"We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. "The hotel is in a decent location but has no parking. I had to park half a mile away as parking on the street is limited to 90 minutes and the nearest car parks are have very limited spaces. I booked the hotel as it had a bar and I was with my 12 year old daughter and thought we would be limited as to where we could go. "We were a group of soul music fans on a get together to take in the northern soul weekend at the tower ballroom. We have stayed at the " fairway" a few times before, it is clean, tidy,easy accessable and you always feel welcome, we will be booking again next year. Those needing a "secure car park" we use the park on Charnley road, £15 for 72 hours (November 2021)"

"El hotel esta bien situado y nos dieron una habitacion renovada por lo que la moqueta estaba decente en comparacion con otras veces. Lamentablemente y como de costumbre las chicas de limpieza no han aparecido hasta esta mañana y a nuestra liegada tuve que limioar la mesita llena de marcas de botellas y limpiar el inodoro que estaba sucio. Volvemos soempre al hotel por la localizacion a corta distancia del hogar de ancianos en el que esta mi suegra. Es el UNICO establecimiento en la zona lamentablemente y su spa, piscina y gimnasio estan muy bien aunque, COMO DE COSTUMBRE, el jacuzzi estaba estropeado asi como el hamam. La comida del bar malisima. Todo un desastre aunque desgraciadamente tendremos que volver"
