"Everything was very good. The problem is the no refunds policy in the winter. We left a day early due to weather knowing no refund. This effects when we reserve a unit and so for the rest of the winter we are going with hotels. They have a much better refund policy."

The unit was clean and comfortable (nothing modern) but cozy. Assistance was quick and professional when needed. One negative is laundry. They use a 3rd party vendor and in order to use, download an app, create account and provide your credit card. "Great set up. Ski in/ ski out. Easy storage lockers and parking. Friendly helpful front desk. Comfortable unit with everything we needed. "

"The unit smelled like it wasn’t used for months. There were ants and found a dead moth under the table upon arrival. Broken tile , bent blinds and a broken chair were noted upon arrival. Management company made aware both on arrival and departure . Patio area was dusty and dirty . Because these are units rented out you don’t know which units are clean and up to date. I wouldn’t stay again . "

"We love Fireside and have stayed often. This time the cable was out and couldn't be fixed during our stay. Perhaps the storm, but still.. The sidewalks to the building were cleaned but became icy later. It is important not to slip carrying luggage etc. The property manager should salt the spots or whatever."
