I didn’t like the fact that the elevator to the third floor of building 10 of El Beso where I was staying at was broken for my whole time there
This should be a priority at an adult only facility with many elders in the hotel.
The food was average and they need to change the policy of registering for the prime restaurants that is completely obsolete.They offer only a limited time to do it and the spaces fill up quickly.

The resort was great ! And the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food at a few restaurants could have been better. Since they cater to a bigger crowd , nothing seemed to be too fresh. Brass, the steakhouse was delicious !

I had $250 on credit that it didn’t work, you have to spend money to be able to spend it. To do a reservation for the restaurants it always was a problem. The staff if you don’t tip them they will treat you like trash. Beside that it was a nice stay.

My partner and I stay at secrets royal was excellent. It was very relaxing. Food was great and the staffs were really professional and friendly. Although it is not a party resort, the entertainment staff did a great job trying to entertain the guests every nights. I look forward to coming back here in the future.

"It was an amazing trip. Even though the food for the 24hr buffet was not great, you have the option to select dinner restaurants included on the package. Those restaurants are amazing! Don’t choose the steak house restaurant tho! It’s so awful."
