The staff at Ohla was excellent. They emailed us prior to our stay to better understand our preferences and alerted us of a potential disruption with taxi service on the day of our arrival. After seeing realizing my husband had just celebrated a birthday by his DOB on his passport they sent him boxed chocolates and a bottle of cava. Great property in a central location. Would definitely recommend

Nice staff, great restaurant good ambiance. The gothic area dirty, graffiti right by the front of entrance,garbage in the corner. For a 5 star rating, need attention to detail such as lots of stains on the carpet my room, the lock on door in my room got stuck numerous times.

Our experience at the Sonder Casa Luz was exceptional. The staff were very nice and friendly. We were able to access our room an hour early. I would suggest having small wash clothes, but other than that I would recommend this hotel. It exceeds my expectations. It is located in a great area.

"Nice hotel and excellent value. Stayed one night while touring the Pyrenees by motorbikes. The guy on reception was very helpful and spoke good English. "Pleasant hotel, we had a large room, much larger than normal ski hotels. Bathroom could do with redecorating but water hot.
