The staff was extremely friendly and the check in process was smooth! One of the staff members gave us a ton of recommendations of things to do! Everything was very walkable and the hotel room was clean

We were entranced by this unique hotel with its many courtyards & covered walkways turning this way & that connecting the different sections, its lush greenery & blooms, outdoor seating in covered nooks for those who need their smokes, even a fountain...yet the way to the different areas of the hotel was clearly indicated. We loved the beautifully furnished areas - the reception, basement breakfast room, the upstairs piano lounge, & our room! Service was warm & impeccable, & buffet breakfast excellent.

Love the WhatsApp communication, quick and easy, answering any questions in a convenient way. Room was nice, with a fantastic view of the Girealda from the balcony - right in the heart of Seville
