The hotel was clean, the location was excellent and the staff was very nice. The rooms were quite expensive, the checkout was early and the amenities were limited.

10/10 Exceptional! (4 reviews)
We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

"They had a great Japanese bath, which we used nightly. Always hot coffee in the lobby--kind of missed having tea available. Always new bottles of water and a yummy peach gelatin welcome gift in the fridge."
