Every house, like every person, represents a world.
The signs of the time are the characteristic of these rural environments, slight imperfections caused by intense and repeated use over the years are the strength of this house, able to create a climate of nostalgic poetry.
The charm of this rural courtyard will take you into a time machine: a farm of the last century, with old houses, stables, barn, porch, oven and a big yard. You find objects and images that reconstruct the moments of everyday life in the past.
From the Court you can admire the Park of Monte Fuso, Mount Caio and a part of the Tuscan-Emilian Appennine Park. The surrounding area offers the possibility of hiking, cycling and horse riding, as well as pleasant and relaxing swimming in the pools of neighboring countries.

We (two adults and a 2-year-old) are very lucky we chosed Corte Boselli for our holiday. Choose this accommodation if you appreciate a quiet, lovingly maintained and charming atmosphere! No matter if just adults or with kids, there are so many options for activities for everyone: relaxing in the beautiful garden with a great view, visiting small italien towns or Parma, hiking, walking through Parco Provinciale Monte Fuso watching deer, enjoying tasty food, buying specialties from the region directly from the manufacturer, … and much more The house was very clean, big and of charming ancient beauty and the kitchen was fully equipped. Particularly noteworthy are the extremly warm and helpful hosts. They were very caring, lovely and inspiring. Full of gratitude, we think back to our stay and will definately come back. Thank you very much, Giacomo and Liliana

Corte Boselli (C.B.)is a very special place. Our hosts welcomed us warmly. We felt supported far more than we could expect. Our car had been burglarized. So we arrived on Saturday in the dark and without our everyday equipment. Liliana and Giacomo (L. G.) supplied us with some clothing and food, and they reassured us of their help. "Don't worry" they calmed us down. So G. led us to the Carabinieri at Neviano.His translation was very helpful to clarify all important points. And - almost unbelievable - when, next day, our things showed up again, he accompanied us to the Carabinieri again to help regulate the technicalities. Exceptional are not only L. and G., it is also C.B. and its surroundings. Far away in space (long curvy access) and time (house and furnitur reminded us of our grandparents but with modern convenience). Time to come down and find peace. L. and G. and C.B. remain a wonderful memory.

Wer auf der Suche nach Entspannung vom Trubel der Stadt ist, der ist hier genau richtig. Das Objekt liegt wunderschön in Alleinlage in den Hügeln der Apeninnen. Von hier aus kann man tolle Ausflüge zum Wandern in die Berge machen, Mountainbike fahren und die Schwimmbäder der Umgebung erkunden. Der Hof bietet Entspannung pur. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten draußen mit Blick in die Berge und ein Steinofen kann für die perfekte Pizza genutzt werden. Wem das dann doch zu ruhig wird, kann die nahe gelegenen Städte in der Po-Ebene wie Parma und Modena besuchen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und stehen mit Rat und Tat sehr gerne zur Verfügung. Wir wurden sogar zum Dorffest eingeladen und die Vermieter sind mit uns gemeinsam gewandert. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Objekt können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Giacomo and Liliana's estate house has an old world charm with modern appliances and furnishings. The exterior area is expansive with fabulous mountain vistas of the surrounding Appenines. Giacomo and Liliana were great hosts: friendly, communicative and very attentive to all of our family. They are super hosts! It is a 30-60 minute drive to cities such as Parma, Reggio Emilia and Modena. We stayed a week with three young children and enjoyed every day. Amenities and appliances allowed us to feel at home. It was a tremendous experience!

First, Giacomo and Liliana are kind and gracious hosts, and the home is beautiful and well kept. However, it is not what I would call a "detached" home as the title listing indicates, as it's part of an adjoined complex of four units. But it does have a private entrance and the walls are extremely thick, so you don't hear any neighbors. This unit also has 4 single beds on the third floor, in addition to the 2 bunk beds on the second floor, so in some ways it's a bit better than described as it can technically sleep up to 10. Also, I wouldn't really say it has two bathrooms. There is one bathroom on the second floor, and guests can use a second bathroom that's in a small building the yard. This second bathroom is also used by others including guests who come to the property for yoga retreats and other events hosted there, so I think it's inaccurate to say that this rental has two bathrooms when one isn't in the unit and is semi-public. Our only other criticism is that the windows desperately need screens. We would have loved to open them up more often and get a fresh breeze, but doing so brings in plenty of bugs. So we were always fighting either heat or bugs, or having to use the air conditioner, which would have been unnecessary. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy, if not the world.

Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Motorrad-Touren gewählt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gast Familie war sehr freundlich und informativ, alle Fragen wurden umgehend und ausführlich beantwortet. Die Anfahrt aus Deutschland war zum Schluss etwas abenteuerlich, weil unser Navi die Adresse nicht kannte. Hier hat uns Giacomo über WhatsApp super durchgelotst , also kein Problem. Für unsere Motorräder wurde uns sofort eine abschließbare Garage zur Verfügung gestellt, fanden wir super nett! Freundlich wurden wir begrüßt und über das traumhaft gelegene Anwesen geführt, die Bilder auf der Homepage versprechen nicht zu viel. Im Haus wurden wir mit einem selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Spezialitäten aus der Region begrüßt. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Sanitären Anlagen sind auf dem neuesten Stand, alles funktioniert und ist ordentlich und sauber. Seife, Duschgel, Toilettenpapier und Pflegeprodukte sind vorhanden. Im separatem Gebäude gibt es noch ein Badezimmer.( Vorsicht! Kopf einziehen am Eingang) Gleiches gilt für die Küche, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und in Ordnung. Es wird großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit Umweltschutz und Mülltrennung gelegt, was uns sehr positiv aufgefallen ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind Zweckmäßig aber schön eingerichtet. Unter dem Dach befinden sich noch bis zu vier Schlafplätze, die ideal für Kinder sind. Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher sind überall zu finden wenn es mal draußen nicht so schön sein sollte. Zu große Ansprüche an die elektrische Anlage darf man nicht stellen, beeinträchtigt aber nicht die Gesamtfunktion. Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine zusammen betreiben geht halt nicht. W-Lan wird zur Verfügung gestellt, ist zwar etwas schwach, aber für e-mails reicht es. Vor der Tür hat man satten G4 Empfang. Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht, den braucht man aber bei der Aussicht nicht. Im Außenbereich kann man super auf der Überdachten Terrasse entspannen und Essen. Es gibt viele Liegestühle und Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen und die Aussicht genießen. Das Anwesen liegt absolut ruhig in den Hügeln, es gibt keinen Verkehr ( außer der Müllabfuhr ). Bis zu den nächsten Einkausmöglichkeiten fährt man schon 20 min mit dem Auto, Parma erreicht man in ca. 40 min mit dem Auto. Auf jeden Fall eine gute Adresse für Gruppen und Familien die auf Ruhe und Natur stehen, auch als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen usw kommt man hier auf seine Kosten . Wir bedanken uns

Giacomo und Liana sind aufmerksame und diskrete Gastgeber mit einer wunderbar positiven Ausstrahlung. Ein Teil der Miete fließt in ein Entwicklungshilfeprojekt, für das sich beide engagieren. Man wohnt in Giacomos Elternhaus, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Haus und Garten sind liebevoll gepflegt, und mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf den Appenin atmet das ganze Gelände eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.

Une très belle semaine dans un cadre magnifique. La maison d'un autre temps (pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, il faut faire bouillir l'eau) est d'une propreté incroyable. Cependant, le calme et le repos de cette propriété a un cout. Nous sommes loin de tout. Après deux semaines de vadrouille en Toscane et à Rome, nous étions ravis de "ne rien faire". Finalement, l'éloignement, c'est le luxe de cette campagne. De même, à notre arrivée, nous étions déçus de ne pas y trouver de piscine (alors que nous avions fait notre recherche en fonction des piscines disponibles et que homelidays affichait l'onglet piscine pour cette propriété) sans doute que le calme n'aurait pas été le même avec une piscine et les bruits que cela occasionne. Il est juste important de savoir qu'il n'y a pas de piscine malgré le filtre de recherche erroné. Et Parme se situe à 50 minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires, présents sur les lieux, sont d'une extrême gentillesse. En résumé, une belle semaine avec le luxe de ne rien faire...

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bambini (4, 6 e 14 anni). Eravamo 11 notti al Corte Boselli e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Giacomo e Liliana sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici. Con una hospitiltà grandissima ci hanno dato tanti informazioni sulla regione. Sempre sono stati disponibili per le nostre domande o per una conversazione. Corte Boselli è un posto stupendo. La casa di campagne è molto carina e ci manca niente. Grazie mille a Giacomo e Liliana We are e family with 3 children (at the age of 4, 6 and 14 years). We spend 11 nights in Corte Boselli and we felt very well. Giacomo and Liliana are very friendly and pleasant. With their great guestfriendship they gave us a lot of informations for our trips in the surrounded area. Every time we get an answer for our questions or for a talk. Corte Boselli is an incredible place. The country home is very very beautiful and nothing is missing. Thanks a lot to Giacomo and Liliana Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern (4, 6 & 14 Jahre). Wir haben 11 Nächte in Corte Boselli verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Giacomo und Liliana sind sehr freundlich und sympatisch. Mit ihrer unendlichen Gastfreundschaft bekamen wir viele Informationen über die Region. Sie waren immer bereit für unsere Fragen oder ein Gespräch. First, Giacomo and Liliana were very sweet and gracious hosts. They shared a home baked dessert and wine from their property and tried to make sure that our stay was a pleasant one. Second, our overall stay in mid-May was hampered by very cool temperatures and rain which very much put a damper on our time there - obviously nobody's fault, it just was. We planned to use the week's stay as a basis for day trips to Parma, Modena, etc... which we did. Once we found our way around, this worked fine. Unfortunately our GPS was not tremendously helpful. Because of its remote site, being a home base for hiking and nature may be a better plan for someone. For whatever reason, our cellular plan did not work. We had operated by location WiFi at other stops, but there was not WiFi here. And even the 4G service was spotty. We eventually got this resolved after a few days, and Giacomo gave us a hotspot for use which helped tremendously. But not having connectivity for several days through a wrench in our planning. Heat inside the farmhouse was an issue. I can see how summer would be perfect to stay here - hot outside and cool inside. But the perfect storm happened for us - cool outside and inside. There is not a way to heat the apartment, just a space heater, and it was not able to keep up. And a recent nesting by birds made the fireplace a non-starter. On top of that the electrical service kept tripping, as we tried to keep on the space heater, cook on the stove, operate the water heater for showers.... The power was not adequate, so we were constantly picking which thing to run... So all in all a beautiful rustic spot with gracious hosts, but some pitfalls should the perfect "storm" hit your time there.

Very confortable house with stunning landscapes, walks and surroundings. The farm has a place to do streches, gym or Yoga..our 2 daughters enjoyed holidays as never, running in the lands, walking and playing together while we were reading (😁..). Owners are quiet and do everything to make your stay special.. This place is perfect for relaxing and to take as a base for overnight tryps to Venecia (2h), and round tryp Florencia + Pisa + Cinqueterre.. We really enjoyed Parma and beautifull Boloña.. We did the shopping 1st day at a Lidl for 10 days (20km) and I enjoyed several breakfasts at Scuranno small square (8km). We will miss all of it😊..!

After a two week holiday we returned to the Netherlands with the beautiful Emilia-Romagna scenery, Corte Boselli and their owners in our hearts. Giacomo & Liliana made our stay very comfortable and their hospitality and attention is very pleasant. We have never seen a holiday house that was so clean and decorated with that much love and attention. The pictures and film on this website and the site of Corte Boselli give a good impression of this wonderful place. We went swimming, had some city trips to Parma and Bologna, went to the Mediterranean Sea and had some nice hikes in the neighbourhood. One of them with Giacomo and Liliana. This place is a must if you want to explore this region. We love to go back sometime!

La Casa Boselli est un très beau logement à la campagne-montagne ! Liliana et Giacomo sont très fins, très intelligents, très accueillants... C'était un grand plaisir de passer une semaine dans ce logement et de les rencontrer. Le calme, la vue, la découverte de l'environnement, les bonnes adresses conseillées, le repos, les discussions, la vision du monde : tout cela fait de la Casa Boselli un lieu magnifique. Nous aurons tous les quatre plaisir à les retrouver !

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit für Fragen und Ausflugstipps erreichbar. Das Haus und das gesamte Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lovely holiday in the charming folded hills of what is rugged territory, not far outside Parma. The house is comfortable and offers a chance to get away from it all, with the only noises being crickets and grasshoppers. The location is lovely, perched on top of some hills, with lovely views all around. The nearby hosts, Giacomo and Liliana, were fantastic, giving a gracious welcome to Italy, being very attentive to providing help and recommendations, without encroaching on privacy. It is the first time that I, personally, can say that upon leaving I missed the hosts. Thank you Giacomo and Liliana, two wonderful people, and thank you for the cake too.

In der Neuzeit angekommen und doch Erinnerungen an die Kindheit auf dem Dorf. Man muss sich auf das Haus einlassen, es ist kein Hotel sondern ein charaktervolles altes Gebäude. Giacomo und Liliana sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ziele in der Umgebung sind gut erreichbar. Wer wandern möchte ist im Emilianisch-Toskanischen Apennin gut aufgehoben - traumhafte Landschaft trotz Trockenheit.

Leuke week vakantie gehad. Fijn huis met prachtig uitzicht. Eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij, hebben ons ontvangen met een lekkere munt en chocola taart. Mooie natuurlijke omgeving, steden Parma, Modena en Bologna te bereizen (40 min tot 1 uur 40 min). Leuk om mooie wandelingen te maken in de omgeving (eigenaren hebben ons veel tips gegeven). In de omgeving zijn veel Parmezaanse kaas boeren, er zijn mogelijkheden om deze te bezoeken. Huis ziet er netjes uit en heeft fijne bedden. Dank voor de fijne week en mooi om te zien dat jullie veel doen voor het goede doel. Succes en alle goeds!

This place is really beautiful and very well kept. The scenery is amazing. We were working on a TV show in Parma and decided we had to find a place in the hills for some more scenery for our cooking sessions, and it worked out perfectly. This place is truly what you would imagine Italy looks like. Giacomo and Liliana, the hosts, truly are like mom & dad away from home. They are very kind and helpful. The house we stayed in is lovely and quite spacious. It's traditional italian with lots of history. The temperature inside the house is cool even when it's very hot outside. If you have a car it's also a good base for exploring Food Valley and other parts of the hills/mountains. We truly loved this place and we reccomend it very much for the authentic Italian experience by itself.
