Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you with your request and the whole place is so close to nature that it almost feels like just being there is a vacation in itself. Kids loved all the trees and outdoor activities especially the river and wild crocodiles in the back. "

I wish they had cleaned the pool. Both days we were there temps were in the 90's and a dip was just the thing but the pool was filthy. However that wasn't a deal breaker as everything else was excellent."
