I travel 5-6 times a year to Las Vegas for business, I love staying at the Bellagio, I have always been treated with awesome customer service. When we book reservations it's up to 3 to 4 rooms. This stay was terrible, The first room I was assigned to was on the 5th floor, the entire hallway had an atrocious sewer smell, when asked to be moved to another room I received terrible attitude from front desk, I disconnected call and called back, I was moved to the fourth floor, I believe construction was going on as the hallways were full of workers that were being an appropriate with myself and others co-workers, making flirtatious calls and making us feel uncomfortable. The fourth floor also had an atrocious sewer smell. My room was missing toiletries, and smelled like sewer. I am very disappointed with this visit and I'm definitely reconsidering staying here again.
