Beautiful hotel, with great customer services. The room service was quick for dining in room meals and the food was great. We got a Cabana at the pool, its pricey but was comfortable and relaxing, plus the Cabana attendant was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and a good location on the strip. We had a room with a fountain view it was wonderful. A few things that could have made the stay better is the water pressure in the shower was awful, the lock latch on the hotel door for our room was about to fall off, and the bed was was too hard for my liking, but some may find that a plus. Overall it was a great vacation. I would stay again.

We had a great stay in spa remodeled king room. The mattress is super comfortable , the room decor is very tasteful and up to date, eye pleasing . The pool area is well maintained and not crowded. Overall great experience , we will be back.

It is a beautiful iconic property! Wanted to stay at bellagio once! The room service was blah, very average, not so good. And the same at the pool. The quality control needs an upgrade. Base around the bed was dirty, food and etc all up in there. TV signal jumped every other min. View was magical, slots were a little loose. The garden is breathtaking, the pool was nice. Not our favorite overall

I travel 5-6 times a year to Las Vegas for business, I love staying at the Bellagio, I have always been treated with awesome customer service. When we book reservations it's up to 3 to 4 rooms. This stay was terrible, The first room I was assigned to was on the 5th floor, the entire hallway had an atrocious sewer smell, when asked to be moved to another room I received terrible attitude from front desk, I disconnected call and called back, I was moved to the fourth floor, I believe construction was going on as the hallways were full of workers that were being an appropriate with myself and others co-workers, making flirtatious calls and making us feel uncomfortable. The fourth floor also had an atrocious sewer smell. My room was missing toiletries, and smelled like sewer. I am very disappointed with this visit and I'm definitely reconsidering staying here again.

the buffet on sunday night was aufull.crab legs overcooked.
