"The hotel is great! The three gentlemen working the front desk are fantastic. They are helpful, patient and always greet you when you come or go from the hotel. There were some reviews about the breakfast being not great but we found it perfectly fine. It is your typical European breakfast fare - meats, eggs, pastries, cheese, etc. The wait staff were also very friendly and were very quick with the coffee!! Thank you Hotel Bisanzio!"

"Nice quiet property. Big room with terrace on 4th floor, only rooftop views. Big comfortable, king bed, big shower, sauna tub we did not use. No restaurant, just a breakfast and bar. Water taxi comes to the door. Good AC. Everything was working. Helpful front desk. Stayed 3 nights in June "

"Great location. Quiet at night but durning the day we had the first floor room and the kitchen staff sounded like they were in the room. The Shower took a little to figure out but once we did it was fine Staff we helpful. perfect place location wise we suggest not getting a room on the ground floor"

"This property was very quaint and a good value. Staff was accommodating and kind. They did have an elevator that was unexpected and helpful!! Room spacious, but could use a fresh coat of paint and new less hard beds. Water pressure fair, hair dryer from the 1970's. Towels nice. Other than the paint needed the room was clean. Would stay again"

"A mix of modern and old. Room had the quaint venetian look with lots of wood, but the bathroom was modern with a rain shower. They had a co-living area like a living room where in the afternoons you help yourself to snacks and water. In the mornings you get served breakfast (small but good spread of fruits, bread, cereal and hot food like omelettes and waffles). Coffee was great."
