"Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."

"Beautiful Property is walking distance to beach, shops and village. While property is 2 bedrooms, the master bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom making it inconvenient for the 2nd bedroom to use. It is a huge shower room but not especially private. Lovely property. "

Accommodation was first class and had all amenities including an out door bbq and fridge and a massive tv with many different countries channels and netflix was available. All in all we had a fantastic relaxing holiday at this villa. Pool was just so much fun and was really needed in the August hot weather. We would not hesitate to return. "It was a good value for money apartment. The location was lovely and tranquil, with a nice pool area and close by shops. The apartment just needed to be cleaned to a higher level. Lovely comfy sofa bed but very hard double bed. But we only needed a stop gap as we were house hunting so it was okay, once I cleaned the toilet and kitchen!"

"We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...
