"When we arrived at the Ten Hostel there was a note on the door saying we had to check in at the port, which is a 15 minute walk away. We were not informed this upon arrival and were very turned off that check in was not at the property "

"La peor experiencia de mi vida. COCINA: - En las fotos te venden una cocina limpia, excelente y en buen estado. La realidad es que están los armarios tapiados, no hay utensilios y, lo más importante,la cocina está en EL EXTERIOR! "The property and room was very clean. Nice swimming pool and gym. The rooms are big. The only issue is communication with the front desk with information about the property not knowing when the gym, pool, closed. We noticed they showed other people checking in around the property however we were just taken to our room and that was it. When asking to the one gentleman we felt brushed off. Great place but not the friendliest front desk. "

Would definitely stay again!
"This hotel was incredible. It’s the perfect hotel if you’re looking for chilled nice vibes throughout the day, but it’s also a short walk away from some of the biggest clubs in Ibiza. Amazing selection of restaurants and bars and the staff were so friendly. The spa was also amazing if you are wanting to relax and use the facilities. One bit of feedback I’d give is that it should have an adults only pool - the other pools were very busy so we struggled to get loungers sometimes. Also, the VIP upgrade wristband wasn’t worth the money. We also asked for some more water to be sent to the room and were told that we would be charged for it which seemed unreasonable. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again. It was only 10 mins from the airport so it meant you could maximise your time and with it being a short walk from Ushuaia it was really handy for us as we had an event on Friday."
