"Communication was good on the whole, albeit until check out, when the abruptness of reception person surfaced, he could not be bothered to allow us to leave luggage as he was about commence a break. Despite being 1153 am. How long does it take to open luggage store room opposite? Result 5 hours of suitcase lugging. Studio room was ok for 1..but couples might need bigger room."

"No sofa in the room, therefore didn’t find it comfortable sitting on a chair to watch TV. There was a stain on the duvet cover. One of the high tables in our room was rocking. The sink in the toilet in the communal area on the lower ground was blocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel itself was very good, clean and modern! The only thing that let it down was the restaurant, not much selection on the menu and the chef was vaping in the kitchen on the evening we arrived which we found off putting! Breakfast was disappointing, no clean tables and the staff made no attempt to clean one for us so my daughter cleaned a table! Very little selection of food left! We did arrive towards the end of breakfast 8.30ish, but even so there was no welcome or offer of tea & coffee...

"First of all, the room was not clean, the bed also wasn't clean. There was hair on the sheets and the pillow, which shows that they weren't washed for some time. The room didn't have any shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer and we had to ask for those. No shutters in the room and the curtains wouldn't close completely so you can have a complete darkness (or even partial) in the room. On the other hands the owners / management were very welcoming and helpful when we asked for the amenities."

"Le Chat aquí Dort was beautiful. We booked this for our last 2 nights before flying home after a long trip, and it was exactly what we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, and had all amenities required. We booked the Iris room on the second floor, which happened to have a beautiful terrace attached to it, making the evenings and morning even more enjoyable. "The property is very spacious and very much the traditional french/belgian country style. Rooms were big, great for a large family like ours. The private pool and hot tub were the star attractions, gorgeous and very clean and inviting. Sergio was easy to deal with and the process was very straightforward. We would definitely stay here again for a nice break, our week summer holiday here was wonderful."
