After a couple of days with all the windows open, it became tolerable. The relationship between the owners and the front desk is strange. For example, there were no toilet rolls in the apartment - front desk gave as a couple as a favour, but said it's nothing to do with them, and we're meant to message about that kind of thing. Hard to access whilst construction work is ongoing. Hotel bar staff were not very attentive, serving another customer first, after taking our order. Hotel is not worth £300 a night on a weekday. Is simply too big for that price point (ie. not exclusive enough). Other than that, the hotel got the job done for a one night stay. "It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last.
As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated.
Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"
