8.PLEASE DO NOT POUR COOKING GREASE INTO OUR KITCHEN SINK OR ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS COULD ALSO CAUSE A SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUE. SHOULD THIS OCCUR AND A PLUMBING ISSUE IS CAUSED; YOU WILL PAY FOR THE REPAIR ONSITE BY THE MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL.

DO NOT RENT

I rented this unit so that my elderly mom and my sister had a place to stay while we did some work on our home. It looked good from the pictures and near the area of where we live. When we got there, we discovered that there was no real parking without concern of getting hit. The sidewalks leading back to the unit were very uneven and not walkable for an elderly person with a walker. The unit itself was not as expected. It smelled as if a smoker lived there and was really run down, not what the picgtures showed. I reached out to the contacts listed right away as there was no way my mother could stay there... but I got no response... I reached out a few more times but again, got nothing... only automated responses as if I stayed. I asked for at least part of my money back as I had to rent a hotel last minute... but again... nothing. I have never had such a terrible experience and caution anyone looking at this property.

Buyer Beware!

We booked this listing based on the photos provided. The photographer did an amazing job because the reality of the unit is far from the new and modern vibe the pictures portray. From the minute we arrived at the complex it became apparent that this apartment complex was ripe for a tear down. The foundation has shifted to the point there are tripping hazards inside the unit. The covered parking was too low to accommodate our SUV and the narrowness of the limited parking in front made it extremely difficult to use if there are any others cars parked there. The first thing you see walking into the unit is the front step that has shifted a good 6 inches. The complex is old and decrepit and looks like a section 8 facility run by a slum lord. I wish this would allow me to post pictures of what it actually looked like. The tub was painted and flaking and rusty, we bought shoes to wear in it. They provided 2 thin towels and 2 clothes hangers for a 2 bedroom unit. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and a rats nest behind the dresser in the master. There was actually poop in the toilet when we got there.
