Front desk wasnt as welcoming as could be. Didnt even say what room number, just handed over the key. She seemed irritated to be working. Elevator was a little on the squeaky side. Breakfast had many options. Would stay here again. Hopefully front desk will be friendlier

We stopped for the night in the middle of a long drive. Dinner in South Bend, near the University of Notre Dame, then another half hour to our room. The hotel and its staff perfectly met our needs. It was clean, quiet and pretty well-maintained. Our bathroom showed some noticeable wear but the bedroom was great. We only met the front clerk in passing, but they came across as good people, helpful and professional.

Not happy, will not return.

We travel through Sturgis regularly and stay at this Hampton because they have a breakfast and hot tub. We were disappointed that they cemented the hot tub in. Even more upsetting, is that the website pictures are not updated. To top that off while talking to the desk person, I told her we choose our hotels because a breakfast and relaxing in the hot tub after driving are important to us. She made no mention of the hot tub being gone. At least I peaked in to see how busy it was, before I put on my suit and went to go in.

I was told that orbitz and the Hotel had changed our reservation from Sat/Sun to Fri/Sat due to my moms funeral on Saturday. We got there and it had not been changed but luckily they had a room. Not good at all, especially after numerous phone calls and hours on the phone.

The beds are very outdated hard it was like laying on springs.not a good nights sleep. And the chlorine in the pool was outrageous you couldn't even swim in it you couldn't breathe.
