Breakfast was not available as advertised on website. Surrounding area was so so.

The room lighting was best I've seen, with choice of bedside lamp or directed reading light.

They advertise that breakfast is included then sent an email that it is not. Only provided coffee and juice. Heater was iffy. Rug in front of the sliding glass door was cold and wet. I was there in January!

The room was ice cold when we arrived, the television control dod not work properly and no one could work it that was on site. We had to leave due to a family emergency and everyone I spoke with was "not authorized" to discuss a refund and could not direct me to someone that could. Would not recommend staying there. Most folks at the desk did not speak English very well. The night time manager was polite and very helpful but limited on what he could do.

I had requested a king size bed on my reservation and even though my reservation said I would have a king size bed, they reported it was queen. I was told they had no king size beds available as there was a group there. I was part of the same group. No

Did not stay there. Told me my credit card was declined. They wanted to charge me more that what was on your sight.

Hi Judith, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please check your credit or debit card statement, how much it was charged for your stay. If our chip reader says your card was decline than hotel must ask to pay with different method. It doesn't mean that you were overcharged.
