If you have never tried paddle surfing yet, don't think twice. With this 2h lesson you will gain the skills and confidence needed to enjoy this popular watersport.
You will enjoy working on your strength, endurance and balance since paddling in the sea on a paddle surf board requires the use and activation of most of our muscles: arms, shoulders, back, legs and core.
At the beginning you will have a short briefing to paddle surfing, the equipment and safety at sea.
Then we will carry out some joint and muscular warm-up movements, and we will be ready to enter the water.
During the class we will alternative theory with practice, but mostly we will be in the water making the most of our time.
This class is focused on people who have never practised before or those who want to improve their technique, and as it is carried out in very small groups, you will have all the necessary attention so that you can evolve at your own pace.
The boards we use are very stable, so they will make it easier for you to find the balance you need to stand up. You will also be so focused that during this time you will not think about anything else.
