"Needs renovation. Bathroom old, rusty tub fixtures, toilet seat cover is cracking. No towels in pool. Flush broke at night and there was nobody to help...had to wait in the morning past 9am. "The hotel was clean and the staff were really nice. The room service was also great. They have a shuttle that takes you straight to the subway which is convenient as well. "Clean hotel and friendly evening desk staff. Large rooms with very comfortable bedding...sounds like a small thing, but It is important to this traveler, the room temp was perfect and not too dry, which has been my encounter in several hotels "on the road."
