Excellent location. Staff very helpful with good English skills. Amenities well maintained. Not really a criticism but access to a gym would have been nice.

One of our two rooms was freezing cold and there was no heat. I have emailed the hotel three times asking them if they can mail me the phone charger cord I forgot in room P6 but gotten no response.

Very modern rooms but no sound proofing and minimal facilities in the room, we had a full length mirror in front of the bathroom in a corner with no lighting. Check in time of 4pm was also a bit late for us.
