The staff were all very friendly the rooms were clean bit of noise from outside but then you are in a city

I liked the way their staff worked with us. They were really supportive with the needs with had. Only thing that I think they could do better is having a refrigerator in the room. We had our baby with us and is a lot of food that need to be refrigerated most of the time. Bedsides that, everything was pretty much easy and accessible to us.

Located in downtown Sevilla and close to all sightseeing. The only issue during my visit is noise isolation between rooms. It will better if tea bags can be provided.
