"Loved the hotel, great furnishings and an excellent position. My only gripe is, and it’s a personal one, if you have a room facing the square it’s noisy at night if the window is open. "The hotel is safe and easy to walk to every where in the historic city of Florence. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They work so hard to keep us like stay at home. The breakfast is outstanding and they care to us even though we checking in 4am with two bags of breakfast for us.
