We didn't know about the $200 deposit when i called in the am and they said it was only $100. I had a signature room on the reservation and we got a walking closet with bathroom. Super small no couch kike it show on the picture. Maintenance had to come at 5am the room was 80 degrees.
I thought this was ok. My room didnt look at all like the picture. It took 20 minutes to check in. There were not inserts for the coffee maker in the room. I overpaid as well. Wouldnt go back
Location was good, condition of building was not great, walls were very thin, some of the staff were great, others less so. When I went into the first room I was assigned, at 10pm after long day of flying, it hadn’t been cleaned yet.
