Aesthetically pleasing when you enter. The rooms are very industrial style, cement like floors, and not very “homey”. The walls appeared to be scratched, the bathroom light wasn’t working properly and even with the light on, the shower was very dark due to its poor design. I got this queen bed room for $99 + est $23 in amenities fee and I would never come back, even though the price was on the affordable side of the spectrum

Great location steps away from subway stop. Hotel is very clean, all staff was great (especially the person who checked us in and out). Rooms are good, a little bare bones but clean, with comfortable bed and cool decor. Neighbourhood was good, quick walk to the Museum of Moving Image, and to lots of cafes and restaurants.

The hotel surpassed our expectations. From the staff to the many areas to relax in the lobby, The Paper Factory was a destination I would stay at again and will highly recommend to others.
