No air in room...had to order two fans....compared to the 18th floor suites it was like being in a different hotel19th floor was in need of updating
Staff were friendly. As for the hotel, it is so old and in poor condition. The hallways are dirty with stains. Doors have probably never been repainted. Our room was missing lightbulbs, wall paper was coming off and bathroom ceilings had stains and water damage. Very, very old, looks like it has never been upgraded.
When we checked into our room it did not look like the pictures at all. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the sink was beyond nasty. Hotel staff said they would be right up to take care of it. And hours and hours later someone finally arrived.
Night time manager was rude. We checked in at midnight and he did not explain anything and was not friendly. The building is run down. The hotel rooms are nothing like the pictures posted online. Everything needs to be replaced. The tv did not work. The manager was supposed to call us about it and did not until the next day. They sent maintenance up at 9am and woke us up to look at the tv.
