Very clean ! And the view was amazing. Also very modern and the staff was really nice

The balcony door was broken and the phone in the room didn’t work. So we had to go all the way downstairs to let them know, for them to not even put us in a upgraded room or take care of us. It was a birthday and this made us late to an event because we didn’t want to leave our personal belongs unlocked since the balconies are all connected. The reason I went there was based off location but I’ll be going somewhere else when I need to stay in Long Island City.

I reserved the Manhattan view room. The original room was the fifth floor. It was a very fancy room. But, The shower was broken and changed the room. The room was 2nd floor and smaller than the original room. It was disappointed. They gave us breakfast ticket. It was good.
