I’m shocked that such an excellent company like Expedia associate themselves with this hotel. Yes the location is convenient however the state of the hotel, the lack of amenities and the staff who don’t really care at all should be enough for Expedia not to place this hotel on their listing.
The Hotel entrance it's Ok ,but the rest was horrible, elevator not walking, furniture was deteriorated, Pilots were uncomfortable. they open the door at 8 am, for cleaning, went the check out its it's at 12 pm. Was very bad experience,
Great location. Suites are superb and large by New York standards.
Broken elevator. Hotel needs a face lift. Looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 50s.
