The hotel was clean and the rooms were large enough - there was no gym and the bar/restaurant was only open Mon-Thurs 7-11 - really all you get here is a decent room

I love the breakfast buffet. The location is good but the hotel is 15 minutes to the nearest train station to Madrid.

The property was quiet which was nice. The bed wasnt a proper bed, it cause my partner to hit his head on the wall next to him in the nights. There was lots of damp on the bathroom ceiling and rheir was what seemed to be mould on the seal to the bath/shower. I would not say it was a four star hotel. Would not stay their again by choice .

Disappointing
17min walk (no taxis) from metro station, hotel restaurant and bar closed (no advanced warnings given) for the holiday season so somewhat unwellcoming for a weary traveller. Bedroom clean but poorly appointed (no power socket at desktop, no in-room tea or coffee) Difficult to see how its displayed 4-star rating was deserved.
