The hotel was clean and staff friendly. My only problem was location. Too far away from the city and this a business location. Almost no public transportation.

Location is not convenient to anything. I thought I was going to be in Madrid but really was just in an industrial area with nothing nearby. Even an Uber to the mall was a painful experience. Also, because we weren't in Madrid, finding English speaking people was much more difficult. The hotel and staff were very pleasant and clean. The location of the hotel is my only complaint. When I inquired about the shuttle to the airport the front desk said they had no idea what I was talking about. Uber to the airport was about €60.The Expedia and and said shuttle was available.

Good out of town hotel.
It’s a good hotel situated out of town about half an hour from Madrid. We had to park in the road because we couldn’t find a carpark - but we arrived late and maybe should have looked harder! Breakfast was good and the room was as expected. We drove into Madrid easily and have a great weekend!
