Hotel staff was friendly however not super competent. There was a mixup and staff double booked our room after we had checked in and been sleeping. At 4:30 am, we had another guest enter our room with a working key card. Completely terrifying experience. When I mentioned the incident upon checkout, staff was meekly apologetic and didn’t offer any sort of gesture for the mixup. I would skip this place- you can find a hotel with a better location and cheaper prices who hopefully will be more competent at their job.

Stay here once or twice a year as it is a convenient stopover point between Andalusia and the ports. Always welcoming, relaxed outside bar area and excellent food.
