    This is a lovely villa just 15 minutes from Granada and 25 minutes from Alhambra! Experience Andalusia in a quiet, secure and beautiful urbanization. Sunny, open floor plan with a large private pool. Walled garden, both the salon and the kitchen open on to a large patio. Ideal for a family or for four to six adults. There are many opportunities for recreation in the area. Close to skiing, parks, and walking distance to a recreational lake, the area is ideal for biking, kayaking, hiking. Located in Parque del Cubillas with easy access to the highway, the house is an excellent base for all of Andalusia. There are buses into Granada's center for exploration on foot. By car, it's just 40 minutes to Mediterranean beaches, easy day trip to Jaen, Rhonda, Malaga, Cordoba, or Seville. Free parking in front of the property.
