The space

Guest access
There is a set of stairs leading up to the sunporch, and a split level stairs to the patio and the basement. There are two showers. Upstairs is a claw tub with shower conversion, downstairs a walk in shower at the bottom of the stairs.

Please read all the descriptions and acknowledge the strict cancellation and no pet policy. Quiet hours start at 10:00pm-7:00am.

No Pets allowed, undisclosed pets will be fined $300.

Damages to property, furniture, households, plumbing issues caused by guests with foreign objects that cause clogging will need to be reimbursed to host. Homes must be inspected and reported of issues within 3 hours of check in to host or immediately upon discovery. No feedback will be assumed that everything is clean and satisfactory to the guests.

A 5 star overall review is what we strive for in terms of check in instructions, communications, opportunities to address issues, and cleanliness. Neighborhoods and locations is not something we can control. Upon booking, after the address is shown. If there’s any concerns of location please reach out to host to cancel immediately within 1 hour of booking or latest within 1 hour of check in, host will attempt to resolve with air b n b.

- No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.

- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:
