25% off for 30 days or longer stays. Enjoy the Ocean breeze, the smell of saltwater freshness and the warmth of the Florida sun! This modern beach villa is walking distance to St Augustine's beautiful beaches.  Added bonus of walking distance to the beach(0.7 mi) and the intracoastal waters(0.25 mi). This property has a lot to offer with 2 bedrooms to sleep 5, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, and a peaceful outdoor space looking out onto the infamous Florida preserves. This great outdoor space includes a private large screened in covered back patio where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee lounging with the sounds of the Florida birds or soak in the hottub in the evening. It also has a nice shared subtropical yard with a small pond, a firepit and seating, a yard to play, and a hammock to relax in.  The property has stone walking paths, is just a quarter of a mile to the intracostal which is great for fishing and boating, and is just over a half of mile walk, bike or drive to the beautiful blue water beach. Plus it is located near to Ocean Hammock park which is a great place to explore Florida nature or to enjoy the nice boardwalk to the beach. Just 10 minutes from the historical district of St Augustine where you can tour the history, eat and shop. Check out the Castillo de San Marcos fort, the Fountain of Youth, St Augustine's  150 year old working lighthouse, or zipline across the alligator zoo.

Enjoy your time out exploring the historic coastline, touring the oldest city in America, or enjoy an evening at the beach cottage watching movies, playing board games and puzzles, roasting marshmallows at the firepit, or relax under the stars. This beach house cottage offers a place to enjoy the Florida sun all year round. 

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed with recommendations from global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. We also provide added security to this safe monitored neighborhood while maintaining your privacy.

Exterior security cameras cover front and back exterior entrance to the home. Guests are not permitted to adjust or remove exterior security cameras.

A refund is not permitted, for any one amenity (hot tub, bike, firepit...etc) or small appliance that is down for maintenance.

Beautiful, clean, nicely decorated inside of the apartment… however the bushes and shrubs have taken over some of the outdoor seating space as well as the goldfish pond? Never could find it but assume it’s in the over grown butterfly bush?Parking was a bit tight in my ford f150, we had to back around cars and down the driveway to exit. Beds and furniture was comfortable, linens were well stocked, kitchen was nice and functional for everything we needed. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Spectacular stay! Cute, clean, and great value. Just the type of place we needed. We chose this house because we wanted something close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Our stay was perfect for us. We parked our car and did not get back in the car until we left. We walked to the beach, to dinner, back to the house for hot tub time. Woke up walked on the beach, found a local breakfast cafe. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, coffee. Already recommended to my brother and his wife.

Perfect beach location. Walk to beach and had a great time. Not crowded at all. Beautiful clean Florida blue water and soft sand. This home has a good location and good amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, sand toys and beach chairs. There is a fire pit but we did not use it. The home was very clean and had everything we would want. Host was very nice and gave us detailed information about the area. Highly recommend!

Lovely property and home. Home was clean and very comfortable. My wife made a note of mattress brand to replace ours at home since she slept so well on the comfortable one here. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking to the beach. The beach close by is easy to walk to and very beautiful. We walked and swam. We stopped at a cute cafe on our walk back. The location of this property is really good and we only used our car when we drove to the historical part of St Augustine. Host was very pleasant and gave us recommendations for dining. We come to St Augustine often and this will be where we stay from now on.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay at this home in St. Augustine! It was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do and usually within 30 minutes travel time. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after walking all day. We would absolutely stay here again!

St. Augustine Beach stay

Overall the rental was nice. The bedrooms had no storage for clothes, a dresser in the closet of each bedroom would have been helpful for our longer stay so we could have unpacked and not had to live out of our bags. The space was nice and clean. The fridge did leak, but communicated this with the owner and they were going to check it. That did not overly change our stay. The back porch with hot tub was a nice addition, but there were some issues with ants out there; we also alerted the owner to this so hopefully that is fixed. The back yard seems to be a shared space, but most of it was overgrown and really not accessible for use, which was kind of a bummer with our three kids there and wanting to be able to relax outside some. The location was great, we were close to all the things we wanted to do. Communication with the owners could have been better. Our son left his brand new lovey there (which is on us) but when reaching out to them next day about requesting if cleaning crew saw it, or if we could pay to get it shipped back to us, we were either delayed with responses or completely ignored. We were promised they would be back in touch with us to see if we could locate the lovey (we gave exact description and location of where it was left) and we never heard anything back from them. I waited to write this review after that interaction, which was in March, and we still never heard back from the host.

Perfect Getaway

This place suited our needs. Not too much to do in the immediate vicinity besides Butler Beach, but not more than a 15 minute drive from pretty trails, beaches, and the Historic District. This place was easy to locate and a perfect base camp for day trips. The weather wasn’t too hot so the hot tub was out saving grace. Perfect size for 3, 5 people might feel a little cramped in the kitchen/living room
