It features one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room—perfect for couples, families, or friends. The condominium provides direct beach access, where you can relax, listen to the waves, and soak up the sun. While swimming is not recommended due to strong tides, it’s a wonderful spot to unwind by the shore. The building also has a pool (temporarily closed for improvements), ensuring an even better experience in the near future. Guests will have access to assigned parking. Please note that due to the multi-level garage, oversized or tall vehicles (such as Ford F-150s or large vans) are not permitted. The first time finding your way from the parking lot to the lobby may feel a little unusual since you’ll need to climb some stairs before taking the elevator to the apartment—but once you get the hang of it, it’s simple and easy. ✨ Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this apartment in Luquillo is the perfect base to experience the best of Puerto Rico.
