Escape to your dream retreat in Palm Springs! This recently remodeled 4-bedroom (all king beds), 3-bathroom home perfectly blends mid-century modern architecture and modern living, offering an unforgettable getaway for families, friends, or anyone seeking relaxation under the desert sun. It's conveniently located in the Sunrise Park neighborhood in Central Palm Springs (not the windy part of town), just a few minutes drive to downtown.
The expanded open living area features a kitchen, dining area, and living room, all flooded with natural light from the glass walls on either side. The fully stocked kitchen features everything you need to cook and serve a great meal. The dining table seats eight so your whole group can enjoy a meal together. The seating area has ample seating, a 65” TV, and a gas-burning fireplace. Watch a movie, play games, or enjoy a drink in this wonderful gathering spot. The south-facing wall is mostly glass, providing wonderful views of the yard and pool, with a slider that opens to enjoy that magical Palm Springs indoor/outdoor living vibe.
The stunning backyard has been totally redone and is the true centerpiece of this home. You can lounge in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or catch some sun in one of the chaise lounges, all while taking in the stunning mountain views. There are multiple seating and lounging areas, some shaded, some in the sun. The outdoor dining table seats four. The gas fire pit is perfect for cool desert evenings. The round daybed is ideal for napping or sunning. The pergola shades another seating area. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming, and a gas BBQ to help with the cooking.
There are four bedrooms which all have king beds. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share the hall bathroom. The first bedroom, on the east side of the house off the living room, is separated from the other bedrooms. It features a king bed and a sliding door out to the backyard and pool. The en-suite bath has double vanities and a large walk-in shower.
The second en-suite bedroom is at the other end of the home. It also features a king bed and sliding door out to the yard and pool, plus a reading chair. The private bath features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The two remaining bedrooms each have king beds, one of them featuring a small desk for working. They share the hall bathroom, which has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
With its ideal location and wonderful outdoor space, this home is perfect for you to enjoy your Palm Springs adventure!
This house does not allow pets but the owners have cats who visit, so it is not recommended for people who are allergic to cats.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you are also responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is not pet-friendly, but cats do live on the property occasionally.
